Detox For Weight Loss: The Plan

In the morning, drink at least one full glass of warm water with a fresh squeezed lemon. Adding lemon juice is very effective in the cleansing process because it will help to increase the flow of the digestive juices which our body contains. You should consume fiber-rich food items like wheat bread or buckwheat. Also add any three servings of fresh fruits and leafy vegetables with this diet. Do light physical activity like brisk walking, jogging, jump roping or aerobic sessions during the Weight loss Detoxification process.

This diet plan should include:

Take the below items as Breakfast (266 calories)

• 1 cup all-bran cereal

• 3/4-cup skim milk

• 1/2 cup blueberries

In Morning Snack you can take (117 calories)

• 4 Tbsp. Avocado-Yogurt Dip

• 1 cup sliced cucumber

At Lunch tried these (301 calories)

• 2 cups mixed greens

• 3 oz. cooked chicken breast

• 1/2 medium red bell pepper, sliced

• 1/4 cup grated carrots

• 2 Tbsp. Carrot-Ginger Vinaigrette

Combine ingredients and top salad with vinaigrette.

You can complete your Afternoon Snack with (42 calories)

• 5 dried apricots

At Dinner just go for (494 calories)

• 1 serving (1/4 pizza) Wild Mushroom Pizza with Arugula & Pecorino
