Breakfast

  • 1 cup of green tea or black coffee
  • Half a cup of oatmeal
  • I walnut and 4 almonds
  • Cold water- 1 glass
  • Half a grapefruit

Morning snack

  • 1 Apple
  • Cold water- 1 glass
  • 4 almonds

Lunch

  • 2 slices of whole grain wheat bread
  • I medium sliced avocado
  • Boiled potatoes with peas
  • 1 cup of steamed broccoli
  • Cold water

Afternoon snack

  • If you are too hungry you can munch on granola bars or drink some fresh fruit smoothie with no added sugar

Dinner

  • Breast of a grilled chicken
  • Steamed spinach and sprouts of beans and Alfa Alfa
  • Fruit yogurt with seasonal fruits
