  • Lunch –Hamburger and vegetable patty
  • Dinner- Salmon and Avocado

Sunday

  • Breakfast- Pancakes with strawberries and honey
  • Lunch –sweet potatoes and pork chops
  • Dinner- steamed vegetables and burger patty
