Ingredients
- 2 Cans of tomatoes diced in Italian fashion ( 14.5 ounce)
- ½ Cup of fragmented feta cheese
- 8 ounces of penny pasta
- 1 can of drained and rinsed cannellini beans (19 ounces)
- 10 ounces of carefully chopped and washed fresh spinach
Procedure
- Take a large pot of salted boiling water and cook the pasta until it becomes firm enough to bite.
- While the pasta is cooked, take a large non – stick skillet and put tomatoes and beans in it after combining them properly.
- Boil the same over medium heat and reduce the heat after 10 minutes.
- Now add the washed fresh spinach to the sauce and cook the same for 2 minutes. Another thing which can be done is cook the spinach until the spinach wilts while stirring it constantly.
- Put the sauce over pasta and sprinkle feta over it.
