Healthy and tasty chicken soup

A Jewish style soup for any occasion, this is a filling meal for anyone. The taste of dill and other herbs are very prominent and altogether this makes the soup a perfect choice for when you are on a diet. Here is a quick recipe which you can follow and make at home any day.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound chicken cut into 8-9 pieces
- Bunch of parsley
- Dill- chopped
- Celery- chopped
- 2 carrots- chopped
- 2 medium onions- chopped
- 2 liters of water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Place the chicken in a large pot and then cover the chicken entirely with water and add the salt to taste. On high heat, bring the water to full boil and skim the foam that forms and throw it away. But then here you will have to be quite keen on making sure that the dish does not become to hot to handle proper using the heat is really important for this preparation.
- Add the pepper, dill and parsley and then the leaves and stalks of celery. After this add the chopped carrots too.
- Bring all this to boil slowly as long as you can on very low flame. You can boil it as long as three hours. Ensure that the chicken gets separated from the bones. Also make sure the water in the pot is approximately a little more than 2/3rd. the more you boil everything, the better would it taste. Serve it with celery and parsley leaves as garnish. The seasoning can also be tweaked as per need.
