Ingredients:
While preparing the dish, you will have to take special note on choosing all the below mentioned ingredients to get the best flavor of the food item.
- 1 large red apple- cored and chopped finely
- Granny smith apple- 1, chopped and cored
- 1 nectarine- pitted and sliced
- 2 celery stalks- chopped
- Cranberries- ½ cup, dried
- Walnuts- ½ cup chopped
- Non fat lemon yoghurt-1 can
Directions:
- Take a large bowl and add all the ingredients to it. Make sure that all of them are thoroughly washed and cleaned. Whisk the yoghurt in a separate bowl and make it fluffy and then pour it over the fruits and nuts. If needed you can add a pinch of salt and pepper to enhance the taste. If you prefer a sweeter flavor, a table spoon of honey can be added too. Mix them altogether and then refrigerate it. Serve is chilled garnished with some more nuts.
