When you are going to prepare this dish item, then here are the ingredients that you will have to use,
- Boneless chicken breasts- 4
- Salt, lemon and pepper to taste
- MSG- a pinch
- Celery- 1 stalk and sliced thinly
- Apple- 1, sliced
- Hard boiled eggs-1
- Carrot- 1, thinly sliced
- Mayonnaise- 2 table spoon
- Lettuce leaves- 4
Directions:
- In salted water boil the chicken breasts and let it cool. After that shred it into small pieces.
- Sprinkle lemon juice, salt and pepper on it and at the same time soak the celery in chilled water. Peel and slice the apple thinly as well as the celery. Chop the egg white and pass the egg yolk through a sieve.
- Blanch the carrots. Place the chicken, celery, carrots, apples, egg whites and onions on a bowl. Pour the mayonnaise mixed with pepper and salt over it and garnish with the lettuce and sieved egg yolk.
- This can be served cold after refrigerating it for a couple of hours or you can simply serve it at room temperature. Make sure the dressing coats everything evenly so that when your guests come you can easily serve this beautiful food item with ease.
